By accessing the Site and using its content, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use:

These Terms of Use and all issues regarding your use of the Site are governed by Singapore law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

The Winners Circle Game
“The Winners Circle Game” (the “Game”) (the “Game Rules”). These Game Rules set out the terms and conditions for playing the Game and provide you (“you”, “your”, the “User”) with information about how to enter, play and win prizes.
The Game Rules may be amended from to time and will be published and available on the Website. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement the Game Rules in its absolute discretion. Your continued use of the Game following the update of the Game Rules will mean you accept those changes and that such changes shall apply to your use of the Game after such changes have been posted.
The promoter of the Game is Racing Stars Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 1212668 whose registered office is at Riverside Business Centre, 61-63 Riverside Road, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 1SR (the “Promoter”).
SECTION 1: REGISTRATION
To enter in the Game’s competition taking part in 2024 (the “Competition”) you will need to first register an account within the Game’s platform (the “Account”). If you haven’t already, you can do so only via game.thewinnerscircle.io (the “Website”). Whilst you are able to register at any time, the Competition shall commence on 25 July 2024.
In order to register and play the Game, you must:
(a) at all times manage your own account and entries;
(b) accept and comply at all times with these Game Rules; and
If you do not fulfil all of the eligibility criteria set out at sub-paragraphs (a) to (b) above, the Promoter reserves the right to void your Account and forfeit winnings and any prize monies already paid out must be immediately returned to the Promoter.
You must supply all information requested at the time of registration for the Game, which includes your first and last name, email address, password, mobile number and date of birth. Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here, and in accordance with relevant data protection legislation, namely the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Your data will only be shared in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and as set out in these Game Rules. Where a player is a winner of a Prize (as described under Section 5), the winner's name may be published on the Website and data will be shared with the Prize issuing partner. The Promoter may also share your personal data if required to do so by a competent authority or court within the United Kingdom.
Your registration and all information provided by you must be accurate, up to date and complete. You will need internet access to play the Game. Internet, data and related costs will be at your own expense.
You must not enter more than one team in total into the Competition. If you do so, you will do so in breach of these Game Rules and the Promoter reserves the right to void all of your entries and withhold any prizes.
Successfully completed entries will receive an email confirmation after they have registered the Account and selected a preferred team.
SECTION 2: GAME MANAGEMENT
2.1 Usernames
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify you or your selection(s) from The Game, or reject any name if the Promoter believes that the name and/or Mini League (as described under section 4) name is inappropriate or offensive. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to rename your name or to apply such other name as the Promoter deems appropriate.
2.2 Selections
Users’ selection must consist of 1 x selection for each race they enter.
Users will have the opportunity to update their selection, subject to section 2.3.
2.3 Rolling Lockouts
Users will be able to change their selections up to 5 minutes before the start time of the 5th race at each Race Day.
All Users’ selections will lockout 5 minutes before an individual race starts.
2.4 36 Hour Declarations
You will be able to make your selections for a Race Day up to 36 hours before such Race Day.
SECTION 3: SCORING
The Game will closely follow the scoring format of the real-life Racing League 2024 competition.
3.1 Race-by-Race Scoring: Users will score points on a race-by-race basis with point distribution per position matching the Racing League format.
3.1.1 Point distribution for final positions for selections will be the same and will match the Racing League scoring format for each of the seven races at the meeting as per section 3.3 below:
1st = 25 points
2nd = 18 points
3rd = 15 points
4th = 12 points
5th = 10 points
6th = 8 points
7th = 6 points
8th = 3 points
9th = 2 points
10th = 1 point
11th - 14th = 0 points
3.1.2 Bonus point
You will receive a 1 bonus point if your favourite team (the one you picked on sign up) wins the race whether you have selected it or not.
3.1.3 Joker
You will have 1 Joker per each Race meet to play in one of the seven races which will double all your points in that race. The Joker is only available once per Race meet.
3.2 Live Scoring - Users can check their points in real time as races are completed but points will be verified and finalised on completion of a Race Day.
3.3 Race Day Calendar
Racing League 2023 will take place over six race days (each a “Race Day”) from the 27th July 2023 to its conclusion on the 13th September 2023.
Race Day 1 - Great Yarmouth - 25th July 2024
Race Day 2 - Wolverhampton- 1st August 2024
Race Day 3 - Chepstowr - 8th August 2024
Race Day 4 - Windsor- 15st August 2024
Race Day 5 - Newcastle- 22nd August 2024
Race Day 6 - Southwell - 29th August 2024
SECTION 4: MINI LEAGUES
4.1 You will be able to create and join free Mini Leagues at any point. Once successfully registered for The Game, you have the option to create a Mini League or to join an existing Mini League.
4.2 Mini League Formats: You can create either a Public or Private Mini League, as follows:
A Public Mini League is one that any user can join. These leagues do not require a PIN to enter and can be found via a search facility in the Mini League section of the Website.
A Private Mini League is one created by a user that another user can join only if they have a unique PIN number for that Mini League or followed a link directly from an invitation.
4.3 The Promoter does not offer any prizes in respect of the outcome of any of the user created Mini Leagues.
4.4 The Promoter will not accept any responsibility or liability regarding monies exchanged between users of any Mini League.
4.5 Team Leagues: You will be automatically joined to the Mini League from the Team you have chosen to support on registration.
4.6 Live League: If you are attending a meeting in person, you will have the option to join a Live League at the applicable Racecourse, selecting a winner for each race, whose scoring will follow the scoring rules of section 3.1 and following (“Live players”).
SECTION 5: PRIZES
5.1 A prize will be given to the leading scores in each race, each Race Day and over the Competition (the “Prize(s)”). The Prizes to be awarded are:
a) to all players:
Racing League tickets;
Fan tokens*;
Syndicate shares*; and
Bonus cash prize*.
b) to Live players:
Racing League tickets;
Free drink vouchers;
Team merchandise;
Entry to exclusive Racing League team hub;
Meet a team member;
Special prize (which may consist of syndicate shares or team wear)
Such Prizes will be available at the discretion of the Promoter and in accordance with criteria set by it. The Promoter reserves the right to alter and amend the Prizes or the criteria for winning a Prize, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it to do so.
* Subject to following the required registration process and associated over 18 only age restrictions.
5.2 The Promoter will make reasonable endeavours to accommodate any needs or requirements of Prize recipients and where a Prize includes travel or attendance at an event, the Promoter will seek to agree dates with the recipient. However, where the recipient is unavailable on the dates provided by the Promoter, the Prize may be forfeited, or another recipient selected.
5.3 If any aspect of a Prize is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, including but not limited to, travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts and advice of Governments, acts of war, epidemic, pandemic, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, national catastrophes, a period of mourning following the death of a monarch, advice against any travel by any Government or official authority for any reason (including by way of example only and without limitation by reason of any actual or potential terrorist threat) and/or the World Health Organisation or any internationally recognised medical authority for any reason or an event of force majeure, the Promoter shall not be responsible and that portion of the Prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided. No refunds or credit for changes to Prizes are allowed.
5.4 Multiple winners – when two or more users score the same points a draw will take place to select the winner for that prize. The remaining users will receive a fan token (subject to the required registration process and associated over 18 only age restrictions)
5.5 Prizes are not transferable and are non-exchangeable.
5.6 Winners will be notified of their results in the Competition and their successes for the purposes of the Prizes within a reasonable amount of time following the conclusion of each Race, each Race Day and the Competition.
TWC POINTS AND HRSE TOKENS
4.8. Players who finish in the top 25 per Race Meet will be rewarded with TWC points. Players are able to transfer TWC points into HRSE tokens.1 TWC points = 1 HRSE. The TWC points allocated per race Meet is as follows
Meeting // 1st Place // 2nd-10th Place // 11th-25th Place
Premium // 10,000 // 1,000 // 500
Lingfield // 5,000 // 500 // 200
4.8.1. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the HRSE to TWC conversion amount or discontinue it at any time between Race Meets.
Bonus Cash Prize
5.8 Players who score over 180 points in an individual Race Day will share equally with any other winners a £5,000 cash prize (“Cash Prize”).
5.8.1The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Bonus Cash Prize amount or discontinue it at any time between individual Race Days.
5.8.2 Bonus Cash Prize payments to winners: If you are one of the verified winners of the the Game’s Bonus Cash Prize, the winnings will be paid by BACS transfer to your account once ID, age verification and any other checks, as the Promoter may reasonably determine appropriate, have been carried out and the details of your account have been confirmed.
Best endeavours will be carried out to verify the results within 14 days of the competition ending. The Promoter shall also carry out their best endeavours to pay Bonus Cash Prize within 28 days of receiving your bank details.
Once payments have been sent to your account, the Promoter is unable to transfer funds to a different account.
If the attempted prize payment to you fails for any reason such as the transaction is not accepted by the issuing bank then the Promoter will also attempt to contact you by the email address you have provided when registering for the Game, and arrange appropriate payment to you.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend the payment of winnings in the event of the occurrence of an event outside its control which might include network failures, malfunctions to its systems, war, terrorist activity, riots, malicious damage, fire, flood, storm, nuclear accident or compliance with any new law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction. The Promoter will pay you any winnings due to you as soon as the relevant event outside its control allows them to do so.
If the Promoter is unable to contact you for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit your Prize. If any winner is later found to be ineligible to win any Prize for any reason, then the winner must return the Cash Prize back to the Promoter within 28 days of its request. If the Promoter has not yet paid such a Prize then it will be forfeited and no winnings will be payable to the ineligible entrant under any circumstances. All amounts will be paid in British Pounds Sterling. If your bank account is in a different currency (e.g., Euros) the prize amount may differ to the amount stated due to the then current conversion rate offered by your bank and may be subject to conversion fees (these are both outside of the control of the Promoter and the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies or fees).
SECTION 6: NOTIFICATIONS
Every notification pursuant to these Game Rules shall be done by email to the email address you provided when you registered and created your Account.
SECTION 7: WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
7.1 You agree and acknowledge that:
the Game is provided to you free of charge and on an "as is" basis; and
you are responsible for any action you do or do not take as a result of the Game and the information therein.
7.2 While the Promoter will endeavour to ensure that the Game is available to you at all times, without faults and that the contents are correct and accurate, it cannot make any legal commitment to you that this will be the case.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right at any time to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the Game with or without prior notice (due to reasons outside its reasonable control). In the event that the Promoter permanently discontinues the Game pursuant to this paragraph, you shall be released from your obligations to the Promoter under these Game Rules.
7.4 Nothing in these Game Rules limits or excludes the Promoter's liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by the Promoter’s negligence; (ii) liability arising from fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
7.5 The Promoter accepts no liability to you for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Game or accepting a prize including but not limited to the following types of loss which you may suffer as a result of your entry to the Game:
a) loss which was not foreseeable to you and the Promoter when you first applied for the Game (even if that loss results from the Promoter's failure to comply with these Game Rules or its negligence);
b) any business loss you may suffer, including loss of revenue, profits, or anticipated savings (whether those losses are the direct or indirect result of the Promoter's default);
c) any loss or damage to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account and/or password;
d) loss which you suffer other than as a result of the Promoter’s failure to comply with these Game Rules or the Promoter’s negligence or breach of statutory duty; and/or
e) any loss which you may suffer as a result of or in connection with or arising out of any Prize.
SECTION 8: BREACHES
8.1 In the event of any breach by you of these Game Rules the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to:
a) permanently or temporarily refuse you entry to the Game;
b) disqualify you from the Game;
c) modify, delete and/or suspend your registration;
d) delete all related information associated with your registration; and/or
e) require any reasonable amendment to your registration.
8.2 All such decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.3 If you are barred or disqualified from being registered as a player, you shall not be eligible to participate in the Game under any other identity or team name. Any such decision by the Promoter shall be final.
SECTION 9: MISCELLANEOUS
9.1 If any of these Game Rules are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise enforceable then the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
9.2 These Game Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
